We (Naarte / Stein Ove Helset, Norway) build several mobile apps. Most of our apps do not collect any data. The exceptions are Happinly, HabloLocal and Roadlifer, which are described below.

Happinly is a map-based app for saving and organizing your favorite places.
The app asks for permission to use your location while you are using the app, to show your position on the map and make it easier to create pins near you. Your live location is used on your device and is not continuously tracked or stored on our servers. Only the coordinates of pins you actively choose to save are stored.
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads in Happinly, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored on our servers within the EU/EEA (Germany). All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and your sign-in tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain).
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile, pins, collections, photos, and invitations are permanently deleted from our servers.

HabloLocal respects your privacy. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

HabloLocal uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use data such as device identifiers, cookies, and IP addresses to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, in accordance with user consent.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we request consent before showing personalized ads, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Consent is collected and managed using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Users may change or withdraw consent at any time via their device settings.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Subscriptions and payments are handled securely through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information on our own servers. Subscription management is handled by the respective app store providers.
We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Google AdMob) solely for the purpose of providing app functionality and monetization.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
HabloLocal is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the apps or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
